I have read the rules and consent for my child to submit their photograph for use on the City of Midway website.
RULES

1. Photographs must have been taken in the the Midway, Utah area.

2. Entries must be suitable for display on a public website.

3. All entered photographs may be used as content, with a photo credit, on the City’s website or in other non-commercial ways to promote Midway. The photographer retains the copyright to his or her work.

4. Photographs should be high resolution. As stated above, we use submitted photographs with a photo credit in publications and on our website. The higher the resolution you provide, the more likely your photograph will be used.

5. By clicking this field and by entering this contest you agree that you and your child will comply with the above rules.

6. By entering you affirm that your child is the person who took the submitted photograph(s) and that the entry was taken within Midway City limits; your child owns all intellectual property rights to the photograph; you grant the City the right to reproduce your child's photographs for non-commercial educational, promotional, or publicity purposes without payment or further compensation. All reproductions will credit the photographer, who retains the copyright to the work.

One form can be used to submit up to 4 photos at the same time. Photographers may submit as many photos as they like by December 15, 2021. Please do NOT submit raw files, and keep each file to 12MB or less. Please do not submit the same file more than once.
